Year in Review
We spent the year doing all of our favorite things with our favorite people. From starting the year in San Francisco to ending the year in San Diego, we explored restaurants, museums, traveled, and generally hung out with friends and family.
This December, we welcomed the latest member to the family! SPOILERS to the guessing game, if you were still interested in seeing how close you were.
Meet Calvin hall: The Star of the Show
On the morning of December 10th, we welcomed Calvin Hall into the family! He's already got an inquisitve gaze, at least in this picture. Hope your guesses came close to the real deal!
January
Starting off Strong in San Francisco
We had a short stint in San Francisco to explore city-living in NorCal and had a blast! Walking to coffee shops with Ginger were the best way to start every morning. Of course, we found some local stomping grounds with breweries, restaurants, cocktail bars, concert halls, and even dim sum. We still dream of pineapple buns from Pineapple King.

February
Japan... Again?!
We decided to go back to Japan separately to spend some time with friends. While Angelica spent most of the trip shopping, drinking tea, and visiting temples, Stewart went to Mount Fuji, ate a bunch of omakase (there is no such thing as too much wagyu), and visited the kitchen street in Tokyo.
Shout out to Satomi and Natsumi for showing Angelica around. Stewart had a blast with Henry and friends in Japan as well!

March - April
Dad Jokes, Anyone?
We spent March saying goodbye to SF / Potrero Hill (see view from our rental's rooftop in image). Fitting as much as we could in the last few weeks - we had Charlie and Mary visit to join in on the fun - going to Sonoma County, the Golden Gate Park, and Alameda for some quick getaways.
In April, we moved back to San Diego, but also welcomed another change with a postive pregnancy test! Many changes lie ahead and we're super excited to tackle them... Stewart already listens to a bunch of dad rock, now he needs to get some more dad jokes under his belt.

NOLA
We celebrated Jasmine's birthday with her and friends in NOLA. Thanks for the invite Jasmine! Highlights include great company, great seafood, and kayaking amongst the gators!
June
Scotland
Finally, we were able to visit Rosemary, Rory, and their little one, Arthur, in Edinburgh together. A little bit of touristy and a little bit of family fun, we visited all the quintessential spots (High St, Arthur's Seat, the Castle) and got a little taste of the Hall-Hughes' local haunts (St Andrews, Trivia at the Neighbourgood Market).
Thanks for the good vibes Rosemary, Rory, and Arthur! Shout out to Mary on helping us with Ginger in the meantime!
August - October
San Diego Summer
San Diego Summer is defined by a trickling down of tourists for full San Diegan enjoyment. We spent this time with friends and family in the area - hosting a house warming, having brunch get-togethers, and enjoying some time in the sun.
